Only thing I didn't like was that FedEx or whoever delivered just left package next to front door, didn't even ring doorbell. I thought I would have to sign for package. Glad I was home. Extra item (case) promised was missing, took 4 emails to get in, but by then I had decided to return the original item. Credit appeared about 9 days later on online bank statement. Tax of $14.00 was not returned, took another 3 emails to see it on the bank statement another 5 days later. Talked to another buyer of same item, extra item promised was omitted on their order as well. Don't know if this is done purposely or not with all the emails required to get everything straightened out. They were very courteous about the mistakes but they should have been more careful especially to first time customers who probably now won't return.	Overall Rating

I chose this vendor because of the excellent reviews on Consumer Reports...however, i typed my PO Box in wrong and the transaction was declined. There was no contact whatsoever. I finally got an email 5 days later saying that they had canceled the order. They could have at least contacted me and let me correct the error before canceling the order. I lost 5 days and was in a time crunch for a camera....	Overall Rating
