Buydig.com shipped my original order in the 2nd day, FedEx had the tracking number, but the package had never reached my hands. The willingness of Buydig on helping me file the claim to FedEx, conducted the investigation and stood in my side, and sending me the replacement (even upgraded to the 2nd day delivery without extra charge) convinced me to give 5 stars. The only area for improvement was in the initial receipt of my tracking number. Website claimed I would have it within 48 hours and it took approximately one half day longer. Only thing I didn't like was that FedEx or whoever delivered just left package next to front door, didn't even ring doorbell. I thought I would have to sign for package. Glad I was home. Extra item (case) promised was missing, took 4 emails to get in, but by then I had decided to return the original item. Credit appeared about 9 days later on online bank statement. Tax of $14.00 was not returned, took another 3 emails to see it on the bank statement another 5 days later. Talked to another buyer of same item, extra item promised was omitted on their order as well. Don't know if this is done purposely or not with all the emails required to get everything straightened out. They were very courteous about the mistakes but they should have been more careful especially to first time customers who probably now won't return.	Overall Rating
